Micralite with a buggy/kiddy board?

I've had a Micralite through two boys and we are expecting a third in November, so bought the carry cot add on. Our second son will only be 19 months when the baby is born, so I am DESPERATELY trying to find out if any buggy boards are compatible with the chassis.

I've even contacted Micralite directly, only to be told that they won't recommend any buggy boards as they haven't been tested. Grrrr!

Does anyone have any experience of a Micralite with a buggy board? I can't bear to buy yet another stroller just to attach one to.

Any advice would be huuuuuuugely appreciated!

This is what cheekyrascals.co.uk e-mailed me....

Althought I haven't bounght one yet. I'm going to try the Kiddy Board but check that I can send it back if it doesn't fit

"The new 3G Buggyboard will fit the Micralite although it is not given a high compatability rating - please see www.buggyboard.info for more information. Alternatively a Kiddyboard will fit the Micralite and may be more suitable as it does not stick out so far as the Buggyboard. The headspace for the child can be an issue but as the Micralite is a fairly upright pushchair it does not seem to matter too much. Also with the Kiddyboard you have to flip it upside down to apply the brake to the pushchair. "

I have bought the Kiddy Board and it fits great on the Micralite. My 4 year old daughter uses it. She is quite tall (108cm) so comes to above the handle bars. She does have to stand very upright or her weight pulls it over ( i presume because the micralite is so light). I'm hoping it will be OK when the current occupant of the buggy is 18 months because I don't want to have to buy a double buggy when the new one arrives.
