we've got ds2 an ikea single bed and can't find a fitted bottom sheet for it. Any ideas?

Can't you just buy one from Ikea? Or have you already tried there?

ikea do fitted sheets that fit their beds (and they are normally 100% cotton)

otherwise, just get a normal single and tuck the bits that don't fit snugly underneath iyswim

i prefer to use flat sheets rather than fitted ones they seem to keep in place for longer. Ikea's pillows used to be smaller too

This site seems to do a wide range of sizes, but not sure if it's got what you need.

could you make your own? don't laugh, it's not that difficult! I made 3 for dd's ikea bed when we bought it because of the funny sizes. didn't like the ikea bedding , quite thin and scratchy, so I used flannette instead. They are threadbare in some places actually.....but I can't be a**sed to make new ones for dd2, poor thing!

hana, your suggestion brought me out in a cold sweat!!

I didn't realise ikea do fitted sheets, the bed we have seems to be skinny but longer than the usual single size. will try to pick up some next time I'm out there!

thanks!
