Magnetic Reward Chart / Ladder

We've been using a home made sticker chart to incentivise our DS in good behaviour/sleeping/eating etc and I've been looking everywhere for some kind of magnetic ladder that you can use to move a counter up and down a ladder or chart.
Anyone know where I can get such a thing???

Thanks for that. I had looked at it earlier but as it was out of stock, was looking to see if anyone knew where else you can get them. I'd really prefer a ladder so that we can move DS up and down according to behaviour etc - may have to just get out the sticky back plastic etc and have a go myself!

I think most sticker chart, reward schemes etc only reward good behaviour. Usually there is something else for bad behaviour (time out withdrawal of privileges etc). What I mean is that stars etc are not usually taken away on them. Things are just not added.

The reason I ask, is that on Supernanny and similar programmes they often use a ladder system to reward good things and to show that bad behaviour doesn't go unnoticed by moving a marker up and down a ladder, it shows that to reach the goal at the top, the less you move down (i.e do naughty things) and the more you move up (ie the good things!) the quicker you will move up the ladder. Oh well, will try a DIY job I think. Thanks anyway though
