Helium Gas for ballons - where can I buy it ?

I bought a flat My little Pony ballon for DD's 3rd b'day party (at 2pm) & forgot to get it blown up.

Where could I get it blown up or where could I buy a cannister of the helium ?

party shops or balloon shops will fill it!
I think at partystuff on line you can buy a canister but it isn't cheap.

I think flower shops have it too.

Thanks ladies. Didn't manage it for today, fortunately my mum is coming up tomorrow, with a filled helium ballon & I'll know where to go to fill mine.
