Cell phones for teens

Do all kids have a cell phone from the ages of 12-17?

um, I dunno, have you asked them all?
Pretty hard to find people age 18+ who don't have a mobile.

I think you'd struggle to find more than a handful of teens who don't have a mobile phone.

My niece is 13... She will be 14 in march. She doesn't have a phone yet and I don't think my brother in law will allow her to have one any time soon much to her dismay!!

She says she is the only person in her year group without one... Not sure if I believe she's the ONLY one but she's definitely in a minority.

Personally I think its time she got one but who am I to interfere Blush
