ok techy folks, just had a phonecall to say my laptop is beyond economical repair so I can have a replacement. I have the original purchase value to spend at Staples, so which one of theirs would you choose if you had approx £500 to spend ? Also they've said they'll return my hard drive .... what do I do with that ? Thanks.
