Yes it's true, they're quite common over here (Sweden), I did lol when I first saw them as I coudln't quite believe what I was seeing, but they are everywhere!

I'm still trying to work out what their use is. I will let you know if I find out though.

Can I just add that my children do not play with pee and poo.
