Big Panic... all literature suggests newborn shouldn't be left in buggy if ds gets out to go on swings/feed ducks / do anything at all. Do I have to juggle them both, doesn't this defeat object of double pram? Husband thinks it won't tip over but have lost all sense of rationality and don't even want to use damm thing if any risk to darling new daughter. Help!

Well, how big is daughter ?? Had no problems when DS2 was a newborn. Now that he is 9 months have to be more careful and I have had a couple of scares when DS1 has got out and teh breaks haven't been on.

But as long as you put the breaks on before removing older kid should be ok. The other thing to do is put a bag in the front or if you are really paranoid, stick a brick in the parcel shelf and stick that in the front when older kid gets out.

Enjoy your new E3 - we've got the older make and we love it.
