I've got a 3 seater and two seater, retro look brown leather from dfs. they are 18 months old and cost about £1600. How much for the reserve or how much do you reckon they'd go for on average? any ideas?

Sound nice (are they comfy?)
are there any similar on sale? It would be worth comparing.

What is the minium you would want to let it go for. Set that as your start price. If you have reserve and it is met people don't tend to bid much above the reserve.

If you don't put a reserve on then you can put that in your title attracts more people.

i want to put the money towards a new suite - a cheaper one in fabric

Hmm, I had a look, there are a lot of DFS sofas going up for sale and not being sold. Have a look yourself, but you're unlikely to get more than a couple of hundred quid.

Depends if someone in your area (local pick up I take it?) is looking for a brown sofa. It can be difficult to time it right. We are selling our car on there at the moment - any one interested lol!

I sold mine on the friday-ad website ..much more likely to get someone who lives near you..I got £200 for 5year old leather sofa that cost £500 new!!maybe I was luckyGrin
