Hi, does anybody have this washing machine?

I have a question regarding the powder drawer.

Inside the drawer - you fill your washing powder into the right hand side and fabric conditioner into the left.

Well, my fabric conditioner section has been full of water for ages. I keep emptying it out and then use a cotton bud to clean it out, of all the old thick fabric conditioner, but as soon as I put the machine back on a wash the fabric conditioner section fills back up with water and I have to empty it again.

Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know how to fix it?

Thanks

this happens with our which is a bosch..no idea why BUY it tends to correct itself then does it again..Try using a VERY hot wash of 90 for sheets or towels and see if it sorts itself. It may be a blockage somewhere...

Sorry I can't help much but agree it does get annoying..!!!

I have the said washing machine ,i find mines does it when i use the quick wash cycle, everyt ime without fail.
Is does it sometimes on a normal cycle,i just put the fabric softner in on top of the water anyway as it overflows into the drawer and still gets into the wash!

too lazy for links - you need to take the drawer out and give it a good clean - see above

Thanks all.

I do use my quick wash quite often so maybe thats the cause.

I do also regulary clean it out using cotton buds and boiling water, if there is a blockage it must be further on down though.

I'll try a boil wash too for my sheets and see if that helps.

Useful advice - I have the same problem with my Bosch. Again I clean the drawer, but like you say, maybe its further down....

I have this, but my nappy wash always sorts it out for a few washes (long 60 degree wash with vinegar - I normally do a quick 40 degree wash), so maybe a hot wash would help.
