Part exchanging piano for clavinova - any comments?

We have got a piano (Elysian-not a well known make)which DH and I hardly ever play. We are considering part exchanging it for a Clavinova which we thaink we would play more because:-
a) can plug in headphones and play unheard whilst the children are in bed
b) can play in the evening and not disturb other person (have just one living room downstairs) and also not be embarrassed by other person hearing mistakes!
I think it really is the noise factor which puts us off playing. Our piano is also against our adjoining wall, out of necessity, so the neighbour gets an earful when we play or when the children have a bash on it. Is there anything else we need to consider plase?

Go for it. Dh teaches from home using one. He is very pleased with it. Our piano now lives at my parent's house.

My mum has a Clavinova and loves it. She can play happily in the evenings and my dad can watch tv!
