Moisturing suncream for a baby

The creams I've tried have really dried out the skin around DS's mouth. I've tried using oilatum on it about half-hour before applying the cream, and it's helped a bit. And just to make the brief even worse, I don't buy l'oreal or garnier products because they're part-owned by nestle. Any suggestions?

We use Boots soltan, they do an after sun for kids too and fun coloured face blocks (green, pink, blue). Our dd is just coming up 9 months so we'r careful about producs incase of sensitivity, but soltan has been fine.

I've tried a few but find that the total block ones designed for babies irritate DS. So I just use loads of Tesco own brand Kids SPF30. It's actually helping his excema! i just wish he wouldn't mind me putting it on!
