I was going to get a cheap futon for my spare room (quite small) but I thought one of those really thick airbeds would be better. Anyone have any experience of these?

The best airbed on the market is the \link{http://www.towsure.com/product.asp?p=12917\Coleman Double Comfort}

I was more thinking of this sort of thing. I can't do links but here goes \link{http://home-garden.listings.ebay.co.uk/Bedroom-Furniture_Inflatable-Mattresses-Airbeds_W0QQcatrefZC6QQcoactionZcompareQQcoentrypageZsearchQQcopagenumZ1QQfclZ3QQfgtpZQQfposZPostcodeQQfromZR2QQfsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQga10244Z10425QQitemcondnZ1QQlopgZQQsacatZ131598QQsadisZ200QQsaprchiZQQsaprcloZQQsaslcZ3QQsatitleZQQsbrftogZ1QQsoZShowQ20ItemsQQsocmdZListingItemListQQsofocusZunknown\airbed}

DD1 (grown-up!) has been sleeping on an Argos futon chairbed for months and sleeps really well on it. It's like \link{http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6399382.htm\this} but has a check cover and is a comfortable chair too (bit low though!).

Can't tuck it into a cupboard though, obv.

I miss the days that Janh was on the emotional threads, she's got so boring Wink

gscrym · 06/06/2006 22:18

Oh I do like the look of that. I'll have to see if I can get a try of an airbed like the one I was looking at on ebay. Thanks for all help.

Hi, ff Grin

[boring][boring][boring]

Don't you love talking about sofabeds?

fairyfly · 06/06/2006 22:21

Absolutely, i love talking about sofa beds and scatter cushions, how are you janh, you make me smile, i have fond thoughts of you, i hope everything is wonderful in your life x

fruitful · 06/06/2006 22:23

Oh, I want to know about those airbeds too. Like \link{http://www.lakelandlimited.co.uk/product.aspx/!1408_1406\this one}.

I want to know if they're really as good as a bed. No room for anything as big as a futon, and don't want to turf the kids out of their beds everytime their grandparents come to stay.

JanH · 06/06/2006 22:28

Oh yes, scatter cushions, forgot those!

fairyfly · 06/06/2006 22:32

I'm dissapointed in you janh, i was being selfish when i said any time dd needs some help i'll be there, i was hoping i could take her out on the piss Wink

Your boys are truly lovely, Russian bloke? god you make me piss........

Lovestick and i, messy, not good, slightly,slightly, well........ over.

JanH · 06/06/2006 22:50

Slightly over? Only slightly? Or worse? (Noooo! Sad)

fairyfly · 06/06/2006 23:42

Over

JanH · 06/06/2006 23:47
