Buggyland - bad customer service alert!

I recently took delivery of a new mountain buggy. After being told it would be delivered on the Wednesday, and then the Thursday, it finally arrived on the Friday, by which time I had stayed in the house for two full days waiting from it. Whilst I appreciate that sometimes things can get delayed, there were no courtesy calls from Buggyland to explain the situation - I found myself having to call them to find out what was going on.
And Mountain Buggy were not much better. When I tried to find out from them when my buggy had been despatched from them in Cornwall, I was told to contact Citylink. When I asked for the telephone number, they told me to look in the Yellow Pages - hows that for good customer service!!!
Next time (if there is one!) I will buy from John Lewis instead - at least they seem to care about how they treat their customers.
