Can't mumsnet on my kindle fire!

Page only half loads then I get the message "tab is not responding". anyone else had this problem?

I can mn on mine, but the topic list page has never losded and just freezes.

Well half of it loads.

Topic page doesn't work on my fire either.

As a quick fix just google mumsnet education and you shoukd be able to get on to that topic while bypassing a-z page.

Same here for the last couple of months. There was a bit of a thread about it. Someone suggested changing the silk browser to google chrome would solve things but I couldn't quite follow how to do it (& I slightly resent having to spend time figuring it out when it's only mumsnet the kindle has problems with so far) So I just muddle along via active conversations (which loads fine). And Google specific boards to get where I want.

I cba to change browsers just for mn either.

I can use it, but oh my god is it slow.

I use FB and yahoo on the fire, no prob. But MN I save for the laptop as I can't be bothered.

I can't get topics up either. It always freezes. Very annoying. I can't access profiles or photos either.

Long threads take an age to load.

But I don't find the rest of it too bad,apart from the topic list issue.

I never knew there was a profile to access!

I also have this problem with mine - I just go through Active conversations instead of topics. It's a pain in the bum though if there's something I specifically want to look up.

Me too. Can't get the topic list but active convos and threads I'm on are fine.
