No, it only has a crotch strap that runs from the bar to the seat so that they don't slip out under the bar. My ds rarely tries to stand up or escape so I wasn't strapping him into his previous high chair anyway, but my friend's son does try to stand up so she uses a harness that she bought from somewhere like Boots or Mothercare.
