fridge freezer leaking, does it need replacing?

water is dripping out. overflow thingy isnt blocked. not as cold as it should be tho.

is it level ? Ours pools at the front as it isn't level , fills up at the back and overspills forward. Could be something like the thermostat.

its level. started doing it the last few adys. its been fine for over 3years, i got it 2nd hand so dont know how old it is.

Is there anything covering the top at the back or that has slipped down the back and may be making the condensor at the back work inefficiently because air can't cuiirulate well ?
