I'm sooooooo annoyed with the bl*dy elc!!!

I ordered a swing on Monday, together with a nursery seat for it - guaranteed 4 day delivery. Seat turned up today, together with... a giant pool.
Phoned them up and they were less than helpful to start with - "oh wait if it turns up eventually if not ring us again on Wednesday"
Eh no, that's when dd1's birthday is! I want it before that! They have now said they'd look into it and try and get it to us by Tuesday - so another day sat at home waiting for delivery to turn up, and then it might not.
I am so cross!

Do you get to keep the pool though?

No, they helpfully told me that I must take it back to the post office.

I would tell them to get stuffed and to organise the carrier company to pick it up from you its not your responsibility to get it back to the post office.

I just e/mailed them to tell them how disappointed I was with the service etc.

Don't you dare take the pool back to the PO.Hold it ransom and then forget.

Oh, I'd insist they came to collect the pool (small children... pregnant.. their problem... can't be ar$ed)
