Where can I buy a croquet set?

I've been asked to help an American friend locate "a traditional English croquet set". It's to be a gift, so will need to be new and think she has quite a generous budget. Any suggestions where she might look?

P.s Mallet things are called mallets :0) amazon also have a great range - Jaques I found can be a little pricey for what you are getting.

Best to go for a full sized set with a full compliment of equipment and composite plastic balls that will last a life time of being smacked about the gardens.
