I've been browsing around websites and thought the Maxi Cosi Rodi (3.5 yrs to 12yrs) looked good (and it's on offer on kiddicare.com!) - has anyone got one? or another one they like?

We've got a Rodi which we put ds in at almost 4, 2 years ago. It is usually fine but his head can roll a bit to one side in a deep sleep on longer journeys! Fits the profile of the seat really well and I like the fact you can adjust the headrest and shoulder height. ds also likes his cup holder

how old is he bron? can you take off the headrest? we travel up to my parents every couple of months or so, and we're in the car for 4 hours each way so that would be an issue.

We're going to buy a Britax Kid when our small and light 4.5 year old gets too long to fold into his beloved Renaissance. Have not actually used it yet of course but allegedly it reclines at least a little...

We've got a Rodi for our nearly 5 yr old and find it excellent. We do regular 2.5 to 3hr journeys and he's never complained!
