Most of the day we have intermittent reception and in the evenings not a hope. When we first got it in April it was ok but over the last two weeks has been horrendous, about 3 mins connection time about every two or so hours. No conection at all of an evening.

When you ring its obviously an asian country and you have difficulty understanding them. They ask questions about the modem and because we have wireless are blaming it on that, when it was ok when we first got it. In the time it has taken me to write this we have lost connection AGAIN.

Can we cancel our agreement with them? As I have had enough and feel like my throat has been cut without internet access. Goodness knows when i'll be able to post this thread let along read any replies that anyone might write.

Please someone give me some hope.

We had terrible trouble with tiscali & we ended up cancelling them - but it wasn't easy, as none of them could understand us.

we were with them a couple of yrs ago and switched. they obviously haven't improved

spidermama · 15/05/2006 17:02

Yes my sister's having problems with hers too.

roisin · 15/05/2006 17:05

We have no problems at all with them. I think it depends where you are.

It took me about three hours to post this thread it's abismal. But are we tied in for 12 months? If so its going to be 12 months of hell. DH says should just cancel direct debit.

They tried giving us the "You can't cancel" line, but we did cancel them, as they were SO bad.
We canceled talk talk after just 3 months too, as they never sent us a modem!
Talk talk made us pay out £70 for cancelling though!

have just learned from another thread that Michelle from the Apprentice "played a significant role in out-sourcing the call centre in India."
