Jane power twin, is £150 a bargain?

Dh just phoned me from a car boot sale, someone is selling a jane power twin for £150 with 1 car seat, he said its slightly scratched and a little dirty. Should we buy it?

Ive allways wanted one but could'nt aford a new one (i would'nt pay that much for a car)

Friend just bought one new for £400 incl Rebel carseat, so sounds like a bargain to me. I'm sure fabric would wash? Would be a little cautious about buying 2nd hand carseat tho' if you don't know its history...
