effective deodrants

can't find one. At 41 I suddenlyl seem to be v. sweaty int he armpit region... have tried several diff. deodrants and none seem to stop me from sweating so much that it leaves marks on my t-shirts.. ergh!! yuk!
any recommendations?

Perspirex is good - you put it on at night - it stinks - very chemically and don't put it on freshly shaved armpits as it is agony if you do - and you wash it off in the morning. Do it for 2 or three nights and it works for a couple of weeks !

I wish I had remembered about not putting it on freshly shaved armpits - put it on last night and couldn't sleep for the stinging !!
