I'll watch this thread with interest. We just got some Aqua balls! Have only done 3 loads. 1st kload the lid came off and balls went everywhere,, second wash nappies came out very clean, 3rd wash whites, not so good. perhaps load was too big. sorry for typos, one handed typing!

Bought some the other day. Eco Balls.
They definitely do work.
Haven't tried them on napppies yet...
But they do pretty good job on everything else, and you can always use a squirt of stain remover on anything that looks particularly stubborn...
One whinge...the foam rings come off in the washing machine sometimes and have to be manhandled back on...it's not really that bad, just a little annoying ( I just grin/grimace and remind myself of why I changed to them)
I do not regret buying them at all.

I used them, and was happy with them, but then found we couldn't get them open to put in new balls - so they didn't work out that economical in the end!

Jessajam · 09/05/2006 15:59

oh..isn't that what the little screw in the top of the ball is for...?

catgirl · 09/05/2006 16:15

I know, but just couldn't shift it Blush- they were so tight - probably all in the wrist or something! Wink

Jessajam · 09/05/2006 16:21

ahhh, have not reached re-fill stage yet, although will probably start fidling about with screwdriver later just to pre-empt any problems!!!

now that I have been thinking about it, could get the screws out, but could not actually open the balls up!
