we got one (nearly 9 years ago) for my daughters first birthday.. funnily enough they still do it in Argos.. is a blue shell with a lid, you can use the lid bit as a paddling pool.... Smile
Its very basic but does the job...
I'd definately recomend one with a lid.

We've got the shell one but find it a PITA as the rain gets in and the sand ends up soaking wet. It was very cheap though!

We looked into getting a boat one made by TP toys but apparently the lid on those isn't very good either.

If anyone has got one that doesn't let the rain in I'd love to know too!

here it is in argos...

www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=4501&langId=-1&searchTerms=sandpit&go.x=14&go.y=12

sigh... I've been trying to do a bloody link...

Found it - Thank you. I like the sand box. Does that have a good lid?
