HERBAL OIL 31 from Justrich

I have a mouth ulcer at the moment. I know the Herbal Oil can be used on mouth ulcers but I'm not sure how I am supposed to appy it. Can I just apply it neat to the area?

I know what you're on about, but in answer to your question, i don't know if it can be applied neat, does it say on the packaging?
