Hi all. Finding it hard to get hold of good quality baby skincare products here in Egypt. All seem to be imported and silly money or local and highly fragranced. Any ideas as to how I can make a spritzer for nappy changes and also a nice massage oil. Can get hold of base oils and essential oils from supplier here. CHEERS

Kiwicath

Don't know about sprizter, but for massage oil, the advice I got from HV and herbalist was that they suggest basic organic olive oil because the aromatherapy oil can be very powerful (even in small doses) and could potentially cause allergic reaction.

Haven't got any recipes I am afraid. But I used Olive Oil all the time on my dd, especially for her cradle cap. HTH

I can tell you what I use for wetting my nappy wipes but I don't know if you can get the ingredients there.

2 mugs camomile & honey tea, 1 tbsp oil (eg baby oil or veg oil), 1 tbsp baby wash (liquid soap), a drop of some essential oil (e.g. lavender).

I use Wheatgerm Oil (Vit E) and Lavender as a bed time massage oil - put my DD to sleep

Kiwicath, I asked here about massage oil and several people suggested olive oil. I've used it on dd and it's been great (not extra virgin though).
