Ordered 2 summer sleeping bags. Money out of account 28 April. Email to say had been shipped, to be with me in 2 days. Expected over Bank Holiday. Didn't come. Have now sent THREE emails to them asking them to follow this up. All just get reply of "Can you send back our emails" Have cut and pasted them - they can't read that???!!! Hey?? I can if send to other email address. All they bleedin' need (and have had) is the order number. Am rapidly losing patience.
