Ordered 2 summer sleeping bags. Money out of account 28 April. Email to say had been shipped, to be with me in 2 days. Expected over Bank Holiday. Didn't come. Have now sent THREE emails to them asking them to follow this up. All just get reply of "Can you send back our emails" Have cut and pasted them - they can't read that???!!! Hey?? I can if send to other email address. All they bleedin' need (and have had) is the order number. Am rapidly losing patience.

I can safely say that they are my least favourite shop in the world - won't bore you with the details but I would have to be really and truly desperate before I shopped there again - I would send an e-mail directly to their headquarters - as high up as you can get access to and then go from there.

When DS was 9 and a half months old he was getting way too big for his starter car seat and was a good weight too and he needed the next step up. I went into m&p in Gateshead one Saturday to have a look at their next step up range and the nasty sales assistant wouldn't give us the time of day! She said DS had to be 10 months old before he could have the next seat up, regardless of height or weight or overall development!

Sure, DS had just chosen five minutes before we went in to reflux his lunch down his t-shirt, and with it being a warm late spring day I just took it off and he wore only his vest and trousers so we probably didn't look the part, but the sales assistant was an absolute bitch and as a consequence I have never and will never buy anything from m&p!! Angry

Get in touch with your credit card if you ordered using it.

Or threaten them with an email saying that the credit card company will chase them up, that always works wonders.

Weeeell, rang them yesterday and they are going to replace them Will see if these arrive. They did try to blame the PO and suggest I ring. PO are hardly likely to admit have not bothered to deliver my mail now are they?
