we're looking for a fridge freezer. which would you recommend and where is the best place to buy?

don't quite have money for an american style one :)
we're looking at about £300 for a good basic one.

A friend bought his wife a big, American subzero fridge off e-bay. Evidently someone was renovating a recently purchased house, and didn't want it, so rather than scrapping it, they put it up for sale. Might be worth a look? You never know what you might find, and what you could be able to afford!
