DH has a diesel Ford Focus and it stinks! Trouble is, he can't smell the fumes, neither can any mechanics, but DD and I can. I often sit in the back with her, to keep her company, and it is more noticeable there. Seeing as it has all been checked out, I have to assume we've got sensitive noses (have been told this by an ENT chap) but I need something to stop the fumes going up my nose when I'm in the car (and something to get them out of my nose after the journey). Am thinking of a nose mask, like dentists wear. Can anyone recommend anything?
