its my 1st real AF in 2 years!! i had 2 mini bleeds last year, lasted about a day each time. remembered last night that i hate pads and tampoms. and i only have one washable pad. so this better work well! otherwise it'll be cloth pads as well. which are bulky.

i know why i was still breastfeeding. this has happened roughly 3 weeks after i've tried to cut dd3's feeds down.

nope. its a bit odd inserting it, i can hear a squelching sound as it expands. but its no more grusome than non-aplicator tampons.

Have never got my head round non applicator tampons either.

it is a bit i admit. but dont get on with tampons or towels. they make me sore
