i bought a m buggy urban 2nd hand and have just stopped using the carrycot and put the seat bit on the frame. i thought i'd worked out where everything needs to go and it seems fine but i've got a bit of metal left over! it's like a bit of frame or something in a 3 sided rectangle shape with ends that look as if they should stick into the sides of the buggy. anyone any idea?

ive tried downloading instructions from website but they wont load properly.

Is it for the hoody bit?

cazzybabs · 22/04/2006 10:55

I have a look at mine and ask dh.

thanks. hoody bit seems to work ok, as does the rest of it but cant help feeling that dd will drop out the bottom of it when we're going along or something!

Seem to remember it's something to do with the back of the seat. I've just packed mine away so can't check for you. I would email Mountain Buggy to ask - they are very safety conscious and will help you even though it was 2nd hand.

it is to go up inside the back seat to support childs back and it also goes into 2 holes in frame

Definitely inside the back of the seat.
