fairydust do you have a spare hour in the day where you can fit it in, where you wont feel tired? If not I wouldnt bother buying one, I would go for a walk instead I have got loads of the damn things but never get time to do them

DH and I did a Mr Motivator one (pre kids!) which was good and very easy to follow. Lol about Jade!

I got one yesterday called the Shape Challenge for only £2. They do a workout that should work in 10 weeks. It is mostly aerobics. I think it is about an hour long.

I only did it for 25 mins. Baby found it extremely funny and was chuckling through all my moves, I didn't think I was that funny.

I think I will just get a skipping rope. Not going to do that perhaps I am out of practice.

I was going to offer you my Jade one! Really, you can have it if you want.

Fairydust, if you go to your local charity shop I'll bet you'll find some for sale and then you can try a few out cheaply and choose the one that you like best.

I could never get into the videos. What I did do last time was to use a mini trampoline exercise thing. I just put it in front of the TV and bounced and jogged away watching Eastenders. Makes your legs pretty toned. Had a sit up machine too.

Skipping is VERY good for you; on of the best forms of exercise.
