Do you own a treadmill?

My friend has just bought herself one and loves it. She has gone from running for two minutes and getting out of breath to 20 minutes and she hasn't had it for very long.
I'm tempted to follow her idea but reckon it will just be another one of those things that I buy, use a couple of times and then stick in the corner to collect dust.

I have a stepper. Great for drying laundry on.

I have an abtrimmer with video. Have never watched the video and as for the abtrimmer itself - think I've used it as many times as I can count on one hand.

I bought one not that long ago and love it too!
It was difficult at the beginning-the sheer thought of getting on it:o,but i try and do it every day or every other day,and am getting better and better(i was,or rather, still am,SERIOUSLY out of shape).I realised that each day i can run a minute longer, and i'm not as breathless as i used to be (too many ciggiesBlush),and i am well pleased with myself!:o :o
I say go for it,and get the best one you can afford, you don't want something that wobbles as you run,so it's important it's sturdy enough, and don't worry about it collecting dust in a corner,it's too big to ignore-and probably too expensive as well :o

I have a elliptical cross trainer. It's handy for hanging empty coat hangers on.
