Can anyone recommend a stain remover for clothes. DD get's food on vitually every bit of clothing she wears, I have tried her with an all in one bib but she still manages to mark the bits not covered etc. I am struggeling to get food out of clothes Angry. Basically tomato and weetabix is giving me nightmares..Anyone..?

I have used an OXY clean Baby stain remover from boots and yesterday spent nearly £5 on a bottle of vanish prewash duo power...neither even touch the stain. Its a shame to throw the clothes away as some have only been worn for the 1st time. What does anyone suggest.? Call it a loss..??

Personally find Stain Slayer works a dream on most things (Woolies or Lakeland sell it...)

vanish oxy action powder seemed to work for me - had a baby that liked lots of tomatoey things..... and hanging it out in the sun to 'bleach it ' also helps.

Have been recommended Dissolve (will check spelling) on here for banana stains. Didn't work on old ones but she's since gone off banana so haven't tried it on the fresher ones.

With tomato stains what always works for me is:

wash and then lie on the window sill, or hang up outside.

The light will bleach the stains, it works every time, and I never worry about tomato stains any more!

will give it a go on the next wash. Thansk to everyone for the suggestions. I will get back to you all. xx
