Has ANYONE had a Chicken Little Toy in a Kinder Egg?

Or is it just my DS who is highly miffed?
I have been buying a few, and just assumed that all the ones I picked up had got mixed up with the wrong toys, then bought a box of 6 for easter, and finally noticed that the Chicken Little toys are 'available 'amongst other surprises'. A bit shoddy and misleading, I thought, since the Chicken Little picture and advertising on the packaging are so prominent.

We haven't had a single one!

I quite liked Kinder eggs as they have a small amount of choc-to-toy ratio!

But now feel swizzed.

yes have had 4 or 5 different characters out of 6/7 eggs Will ask dds if they are happy to send one on if you want, you could make your ds's day if you can get one into an egg :)

Aaah, Charliecat, that's so sweet! Thank you!

I beccame a hero in DS's eyes last night by writing a letter to the Kinder distributors - if they don't respond, we might be very grateful for a spare one. Grin

Not chicken little but dd had one the other day and it had a Spongebob Squarepants pencil top in it. Really cool! Grin

I agree that the Chicken Little kinder eggs are very misleading.
I bought some for DS1, who has got very into Chicken Little since watching the film! With the first pack we were lucky & he got a Chicken Little characture in every egg. However when I bought him another pack he was most upset that 2 out of 3 in the pack did not have a Chicken Little toy inside.
I was on the verge of complaining, thinking there was a mix up, when I suddenly noticed the small print stating Chicken Little toys were to be found amongst "other suprises."
Very misleading!
Hope you get sent a truck load of Chicken Little eggs as compensation!

SHHHH · 19/04/2006 21:24

blueteddy · 19/04/2006 21:27

Not sure if Blu is around tonight SHHHH, but the little chicken wearing glasses is Chicken Little himself!!

Aaah!
DS looks at his Chicken Little every night - and ysterday hid it very carefully as a 'toggler' was visiting, and he was worried that she might swallow it!
Mumsnet....makes a little happiness go a long way!
