Does anyone know where the best place to get them is? Maybe somewhere online?

Thanks!

Easy2name are fab. They keep stuck on, and what's more, they normally arrive the following day.

Think they might also be a MN sponsor.

Best tip is to get tapes with just your surname so they can be used for all your children - esp good for clothes that are being passed down so you neither have to rename nor do younger siblings feel hard done by if they have to put up with older kids names on the clothes.

I ordered Cash's online, or you can get them through M and S , John Lewis etc.

I gave up with tapes and invested in a laundry marker, soo much easier!

i use cash name tapes.bought them injohn lewis and then sent it off.cam back quickly.nice.

Cash's, one initial per child, fold ends under as appropriate, giving 'A Badger' and 'Badger B' from one set of tapes.
Of course, if you've named them cannily, one gets unfolded 'A B Badger' and the other is folded to get 'B Badger'. Could get silly for more than two kids though.

Thanks everyone. I think Cash's is probably my best bet. I've only got one at the moment so I'll get "first-name surname" tapes, but sheets and anything else suitable for handing down will just get the surname bit showing. My mum used to get "Me Surname DSis" tapes and I've always thought that to be a great idea.

Now I've just got the sewing to look forward to... Envy
