My friends little girl needs a D fitting shoe

All our local shops have stopped selling D fittings

Does anyone have a phone number for Startrite?

Or a mailorder we can get the shoes from

She knows the size

My ds used to be a d fitting (luckily he has broadened out now!) and the shoe shop ordered them from Startrite for me - with no obligation to buy if they didn't fit. Can she not ask a local shoe shop to do the same?
