Help! What is the best baby book?

Hi!

First baby and do not feel ready or prepared and he is due in about 3 months....any ideas on the best book to buy for a first timer? Just feel a little unprepared....

My best advice is not to read any! You can be shown essentials such as dressing and nappy changing in hospital. Threads on MN are a good idea for a range of opinions.

Generally books are written by one author, with one opinion. You'll make your own and learn from your own baby - plus your baby won't have read the manual anyway Wink

Are you in the UK? You get a birth to 5 book from your HV which gives you an NHS point of view once your baby is born.
