volvo V70 2000 model. any good?

Anyone had/had a V70 2.4 desil 140 5 door from 2000? My husband spotted one in our local garage and we're thinking about getting it.

We have a newborn, a 16 year old and a dog.

Any things you loved or hated about it?

I've not driven one, but have heard a good reputation for comfort and the D5 engine.

I've heard the same thing. I still can't believe I'm considering a Volvo! The only people I know with volvos have either horses or caravans. If I do get it they'll be lots of room for the dog.
