we have a chicco stroller/buggy which has been fab BUT we have lost the sunshade part and I am wondering if anyone knows if you can buy spare parts from chicco or do I have to make my own. Really don't want to replace buggy - still fab.

We were given a Chicco Trekking buggy that had a broken hood. We were able to buy a brand-new hood with integral raincover and a matching buggy liner but it was all a bit of a palaver iircc. We managed to find the nearest stockist from the Chicco website and then they ordered the parts from Italy. It was expensive too but as we had been given the buggy which was in excellent condition it was worth it to us. Actually, now that the buggy is practically worn out I have been wondering if it is worth putting just the 'new' bits on ebay.

I think it was John Lewis that were the stockists. We phoned the nearest one as it is an hours drive from us and they were very helpful. We found out afterwards that Toysrus stock Chicco buggies but I don't know if they are willing to order accessories.
