mobile phones with big buttons?

MIL's health has deteriorated and she has chosen to go into a residential home. So that people can ring her/ she can phone out easily she has SIL's mobile phone but if there is such a thing we'd like to get her one with big buttons. Any suggestions?

Wendym, can't help you regarding mobile phones, but as you may already know, you can rent big-button land line phones quite easily from BT. The push buttons can also be programmed to put you through to a favourite number, so your mother can make a list of her 10 most frequently used numbers, get the phone set up, and then dial any of them in one hit.

Thanks Tigermoth but the home doesn't seem to have facilities for phones in individual rooms. I believe some homes do (from looking at a checklist of questions to ask) but her sister was in this home so she knew it already. Her health has deteriorated quite rapidly so the fact that it had a place quickly was important too.

Have you looked at the Carphone Warehouse website? They seem to have almost every phone made on there. HTH
