Probably been done to death but... new hoover

I know this has probably been done before but our dyson is not picking up very well anymore (so much for eternal suction!!) so just wondered if anybody had a recommendation for a great/better replacement.

Full Best Buys list here, Jodee - the cheaper Bosch is the BSG 71810 GB Formula, £80 at Argos it says. The one I have (S570?) has been replaced by the S5210.
