carrier bag bin thing that attaches to the insode of a cupboard

I don't know what it's called but it's 2 plasic things that are screwed on to the inside of a cupboard, you then put the handles of a plastic carrier bag over it and use it as a bin. Anyone know where I can get one? Or what they're called so I can do a search? Grin

I'm pretty sure my mum's came from Lakeland.
No idea what they're called though.

I've just looked on both websites but can't find one, not sure what to search for though (cupboard bin, carrier bag bin?) Not got an ikea close to me to pop in and have a look.
