Vertical blinds- can I iron after washing?

If I use a very low heat & put a towel or something on top would it be safe to give them a press. I washed them in the bath but had no where to hang them up straight. They've got a couple of creases where they were over the drying frame.

I have washed and ironed mine loads of times and they have been fine although I use an elna presser to do them .
