It only works on the ones with keyboard and my kindle keyboard broke and was replaced with a different kindle which can't use the light :(
If anyone wants it PM me and I'll pop it in the post. The kindle keyboard was never available here in France so I don't know anyone with one I can pass it on to. It's blue by the way. First come first served...
