Has anyone used this on their pushchair wheels?
I have heard that it can prevent punctures on pneumatic tyres.

Yes, it's great stuff. It not only prevents punctures from small objects (eg glass, pins), but if you do get a really big punctures (big thorns etc.) it seals the inner tube so the puncture slows down.
You can get it from bike shops. I used the Halfords own brand and it was great stuff.
