Child proof locks

We have been thinking about the best way to secure cabinet doors and draws as well as the doors to the kitchen and bathroom to prevent our wandering 2 year old twins from harming themselves.
I saw the Dream Baby Maglocks on the internet and I was wondering if anybody has used these and if so, are they any good? I don't want to waste money on something that is ineffective.

TIA

standard locks you can get from mothercare that you screw into the inside work very well .. even for 5 year olds still

Thanks Twiglett. Those look interesting. I was wondering if there is anything out there that does not require the use of screws?

I'm thinking mainly of drawers and cabinet doors.
