MFI v Harveys

Hi

In my search for a sofa I've narrowed my choice to one in MFI and one from Harveys. So, just wondering if anyone has had dealings with these companys and what they are like in delivering the items. MFI website says 6-8 weeks, which seems a long time, and Harveys doean't say at all. Any thoughts on which is the better to deal with?

harveys was on bbc Watchdog was it not? iirc.

I spent a thousand pounds only two harvey sofas, they arrived and were scratched on delivery by the delivery men......I thought i could get a replacement sofa, apparently not i had to accept a repair.

This really disapointed me, but I figured it wasn't a big deal, the repair was ok. But after a year the seats have totally sunk down Sad and are probably in a worse state than the (ancient) sofa they replaced.
