In our conservatory one of the sides is solid brick wall so I put some posters up a while ago for the children. Posters have gone but the blu-tack bits remains stuck to the brick...any idea on how to get it off?

hello futurity! how the dickens are you? we've missed you on feb thread.

as for blue-tack... have you tried getting a lump and just rolling it over the remnants on the wall to pick them up?

Icecubes??? I'm sure this is what people do with getting chewing gum off, so perhaps this would work. However, you may have already tried it, but I usually find rubbing a bigger ball of blu-tac over the first lot normally pulls it off better than fingers can.

not tried the lump idea...have to hunt some down as don't think got anymore. might try the ice cube thing as well. thanks for the suggestions. looked on the blu tack website and they said that they don't recommend using it on brick walls...oops!
